Monsters

 

Time Wizard of the Past      DARK/Spellcaster/LV1                      ATK: 250 / DEF: 200

You may treat this card’s name as “Time Wizard” while conducting a Fusion Summon. Once per turn you may target a monster in your GY and flip a coin:

·         heads, Special Summon that monster,

·         tails, banish it.

 

Time Wizard of the Future DARK/Spellcaster/LV1                      ATK: 250 / DEF: 200

You may treat this card’s name as “Time Wizard” while conducting a Fusion Summon. Once per turn you may reveal cards from the top of the deck until you reveal a monster, then flip a coin;

·         heads, special summon that monster and return the other cards to the top of your deck in the same order,

·         tails, banish all revealed cards face-down.

 

Infant Dragon                       WIND/Spellcaster/LV3                      ATK: 1200 / DEF: 700

You may treat this card’s name as “Baby Dragon” while conducting a Fusion Summon. During the turn this card is Normal Summoned, if your LP is lower than your opponent’s, you may Tribute Summon a Level 5 or higher Dragon monster as an additional Normal Summon, using this card as the entire tribute.

 

Alligator’s Swordman          EARTH/Beast/LV4                            ATK: 1500 / DEF: 1200

You may treat this card’s name as “Alligator's Sword” while conducting a Fusion Summon. This card can attack a second time each Battle Phase. If this card is in the GY because it was sent there as Fusion Material, you can banish this card, then target a Fusion Monster you control; that monster may attack a second time during each Battle Phase this turn.

 

Millennium Dragon              WIND/Dragon/Fusion                        ATK:2400 / DEF: 2000

Time Wizard + Baby Dragon

This card’s name is treated as “Thousand Dragon” while on the field or in the GY. If this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the GY: inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of the destroyed monster in the GY. Negate the effects of monsters this card destroys by battle.

Time Wizard + Alligator's Sword

This card can attack a second time each Battle Phase. If this card would inflict Battle Damage to the opponent from it’s first attack each Battle Phase, you may double that Battle Damage; if you do, this card may not attack a second time this Battle Phase.

Time Wizard + Alligator's Sword Dragon OR

Time Wizard + Baby Drgaon + Alligator's Sword

This card’s name is treated as “Thousand Dragon” while on the field and in the GY. Cannot be used as Fusion Material. If this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the GY: inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of the destroyed monster in the GY. This card can attack a second time each Battle Phase. If this card inflicts Battle or Effect Damage to the opponent’s LP, increase this card’s attack by the amount of damage inflicted, until the End Phase.

 

Spells

If you receive tails while resolving the effect of a “Time Wizard” monster, you may pay 1000 LP and treat it as heads. You may only activate the effect of “Time’s Certainty” once per turn. You can send this card from the field to the GY, then target 1 “Thousand Dragon” in your GY; Summon it.

 

Time’s Passing

Normal

Pay half your LP; send from your hand or field to the GY, the non-“Time Wizard” Fusion Material monsters listed on a Fusion Monster in you Extra Deck that lists “Time Wizard” as a Fusion Material and Special Summon that Fusion Monster. This is treated as a Fusion Summon. While this card is in the GY, except during the turn it was sent there, you can banish this card; add 1 “Time Wizard” monster from your Deck to your hand.

If a Fusion Monster that lists “Time Wizard” as a Fusion Material is destroyed by battle or sent to the GY by an opponent’s card effect; return that Fusion Monster to the Extra Deck, and if you do, you may target one monster in your GY that has the same name as one of the Fusion Material monsters listed on that returned Fusion Monster; Special Summon it, and if you do it cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects this turn.

 

Time’s Repeat

Normal

Activate only during your Main Phase 1 or Battle Phase, while you control a “Time Wizard” monster or a monster that lists “Time Wizard” as a Fusion Material, by targeting 1 monster you control. Immediately after your Battle Phase this turn you may conduct a second Battle Phase, however no monsters you control may declare an attack during your second Battle Phase, other than that targeted monster. If that monster declares an attack during that second Battle Phase, it gains 500 ATK during damage calculation only.

I suppose I don't understand what notes it is I need to add. I read https://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/forum-9/announcement-73-ycm-forum-rulebook/ but didn't see anything about notes, unless I missed it?

 

It's in the Advanced Cards rulebook, not the general rulebook. 

 

For Advanced (where you initially posted this), you're required to provide a short summary (at least 30 words, but you can write more if you need to) of what your stuff is intended to do, and/or how it can function in the current game.
