[Rep 420] Elemental HERO Blazeman

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can add 1 "Polymerization" from your Deck to your hand. During your Main Phase: You can activate this effect; you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Fusion Monsters, also send 1 "Elemental HERO" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, except "Elemental HERO Blazeman", and if you do, this card's Attribute, ATK, and DEF each become the same as the monster sent to the Graveyard, until the end of this turn. You can only use 1 "Elemental HERO Blazeman" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

So with 420 reps now I thought I make a topic of this card and its ability to search Poly in HERO's where it working along side Vyon can help work towards fusion style E-HERO's where people generally play Masked HERO's. This card can effectively work with Solidman in making a Fusion Monster and have Solidman return Blazeman which with Links if your using Isolde and Decode can help you ladder up into those Links if need.

So with this topics what are your thoughts on Blazeman and Fusion Style E-HERO's

Anyways, Blazeman when it first came out i didn't really like but now I've come to appreciate him. In a world full of masked men, he makes the purple pure.

Needless to say, I like poly heros over masked heros, simply because I find that they have more interesting effects, and also because I don't like relying on a single card for most anything.

Agreed as I myself are a Fusion HERO player myself and Fusion HERO's give more of a fun experience in comparison to Masked HERO's.

He is practically outclassed by Vyon, however. The only perk I can think of this card has over Vyon is being searchable by Hero Lives, but other than that, Vyon gets both the Poly search and HERO mill while this one can only do 1 of those per turn. Not to mention Vyon's inherent DARK is appreciated for Dark Law without need of activating an effect and milling a DARK like Blazeman does.

You say that but the thing is that in Fusion HERO's you can play both where Vyon's effects are nice for Fusion set up like Blazeman but both are used for different Fusions. e.g. Blazeman enables you to Fuse into Nova Master or any other attribute Omni E-HERO Fusion and Vyon goes more with either Absolute Zero, Escuridao or for generic HERO Fusions Adoration and Trinity (which Blazeman can also make if you chose to.)

Yeah, in Fusion-themed HEROes running both makes sense, since that means more searchers for Poly. But Fusion HERO variants are more on the casual side. Masked variants are your best bet if you are going serious with HEROes, and in those Vyon is a better pick than Blazeman.
