Neither can be Summoned OR apply and/or resolve its Effects if there a cards with the same name(s) among all face-up and/or (currently) revealed cards in your possession. Cannot be Special Summon other than by Pendulum Summon this face-up card on the top of your Extra Deck. Unaffected by other card Effect(s). This card cannot be use as Tribute or Material to Summon a monster. Once per tun (Quick Effect): You can Shuffle 1 each of your card that Set on field and in your hand that is not revealed; Make your opponent Banish 1 card he/she control (your choice). And then, Draw 1 card. This Effects cannot be Negated

Couple sets ago Konami release a card that basically paved a potential format or deck design of Highlander Decks being the Orbital Hydralander. For those who don't know Highlander Deck is basically a Deck that only run 1 copy of each card only which provide a fun challenge of cramming a tonne of the most creative techs, engines, and sometimes surprising filler to a deck as possible. but being the prototype of such designs Hydralander application still allowed if not forced to relies on "cheating out" its Highlander rules which kinda ruin the spirit of the format a bit. so here i am with my own prototype of boss for possible Highlander format.

it has everything a boss card can dream of: absolute immunity, anti-kaiju, recurring abilities, and respectable stat but all of those can only achieve if you have NO cards with same names that is a public knowledge including being face-up among your GY, Banished, Extra Deck and even the momentary card reveal by effects or mechanic (like excavate).
