This card gains 300 ATK for each Counter Trap Card in your GY. (Quick Effect) when your opponent activates a Spell/Trap or Monster effect, you can shuffle 1 Counter Trap from your GY into your deck; negate that cards effects until the End Phase that turn. You can only activate this effect of "Sword of Justice Titania" once per turn.

So Titania is a counter fairy support Monster which gains ATK for each Counter Trap in the grave and can negate card effects by shuffling them into the deck. this cards balanced by having a hard OPT on its second effect so you can't spam it with 3 on the field and its a Level 5 with 2000 ATK making it more build for late game plays while being a Fairy allows it to be summoned of Halls of Valhalla.

This looks rather good. I actually think you could get away with making it a Level4 and dropping its ATK accordingly. That way, it would be strong but IMO not too overwhelming since you would still require Counter Traps in the GY to make it live. If you wanted to splash it, you would have to run more Counter Traps, but that's not always an effective thing to do, especially in nowadays formats where Traps are barely played except for a couple of Solemns and "hand trap" Traps like Evenly Matched, and Infinite Transience in OCG, even then, the Solemns are usually sided out when going first. That means this card would mostly truly shine in Counter Fairies.
