Extra Deck: 15

1 Elemental HERO Great Tornado

1 Elemental HERO The Shining

1 Elemental HERO Nova Master

1 Elemental HERO Absolute Zero

1 Elemental HERO Escuridao

1 Elemental HERO Gaia

1 Elemental HERO Steam Healer

1 Elemental HERO Mariner

1 Number S39: Utopia the Lighting

1 Number 39: Utopia

1 Powercode Talker

1 Decode Talker

1 Isolde, Two Tales of Noble Knights

1 Security Dragon

1 Link Spider

Monsters: 16

2 Elemental HERO Honesty Neos

2 Elemental HERO Ocean

2 Elemental HERO Solidman

2 Elemental HERO Blazeman

2 Elemental HERO Shadow Mist

2 Elemental HERO Avian

2 Vision HERO Vyon

2 Rainbow Kuriboh

Spells: 16

2 Miracle Fusion

2 Polymerization

2 E - Emergency Call

2 A HERO Lives

2 Legacy of a HERO

2 Instant Fusion

2 Twin Twister

2 Scapegoat

Traps: 8

2 Storming Mirror Force

2 Back to the Front

2 Lost Wind

2 Bottomless Trap Hole

So with the new banlist this deck has been modified with 2 Bottomless and switched Woodsman out for Solidman. In addition I also have Utopia and Lighting in the Extra Deck taking out the Vision HERO Fusions.

As mentioned in the title the deck is focused on Fusion rather than Masked HERO's where Vyon and Blazeman are good Fusion searchers for the deck while having Solidman, A HERO Lives and Instant Fusion into Mariner as a means of setting up Links/Xyz's where for Mariners case also helps sets up Legacy of a HERO. A HERO Lives also helps with getting Blazeman if your still lacking a Polymerization. I use Ocean over Bubbleman due to it being a recycling combo with Honest Neos and I have avian in this deck due to a lack of other WIND HERO's. Finally I have 2 scapegoats as a means of a Link tech where it can set up with either Decode or Powercode where Decode can be at 2800 with 1 remaining Token and with Powercode you will have a token left to be tributed to double Powercodes ATK.

Finally if anyone's asking about my whole everything at 2 stick, its kind of a aesthetic that's stuck to me with adding and fitting everything into this deck.

I know you won't take 3 copies, but are single copies an option? IMO there are some cards in your Deck that could work better at 1.

By the way, Malicious is a good HERO to run with Vyon around.

A Thousand-Eyes Restrict could be helpful for the removal in a pinch through Instant Fusion, and then go for, let's say, Linkuriboh.

I give you props for using "The Day" for this. Good choice!

I see you running Avian and for a good reason (since the lack of Wind HEROs). However, I'll say it up front: most people will more than likely tell you to switch Avian with something else that can be useful. Do you happen to have some sort of reasoning for Avian being here other than Great Tornado and Mariner (don't see too much of him. Good work bringing him back).

I like the idea with using Rainbow Kuriboh (my favorite aside from Winged Kuriboh) and using something I hadn't even heard of: Lost Wind. However, that is quite the interesting addition to this, given how almost everyone Special Summons things.

In regards to the ED, I'm still not used to seeing other Summoning Methods in there aside from Fusion and the one Link, so seeing Xyz in there is new to me (correction, new for me seeing it in a HERO deck).

Regardless, it looks interesting and does live up to the classic HERO style when they aren't running Masked HEROs.

True though I can work well with this build along with having Twin Twister utilize any cards that I draw into early game that I can't use for its cost. Still I not for using Thousand-Eyes since I use Mariner as the Instant Fusion tech for Isolde.

Well Avian is for the WIND HERO since I am with this deck trying to focus on all 6 attributes. In addition using other summoning methods is handy with this deck since Solidman can generally set me up a Link 2 or Rank 4 and I have Scapegoat as I mentioned sets up for Decode/Powercode plays

You could run some Equip Spells for Isolde's other effect. I suggest Bubble Blaster and Spark Blaster, as they are HERO-related, but you could choose Buster Rancher as well.

With Isolde generally outside of Noble Knights your using it generally as a 2 Downward Mark Warrior Link Monster that acts as a ROTA on legs plus the cards you mentioned aren't even usable in this deck. If anything Magnum Shield and Moon Mirror Shield are better options for use, though I am more so just keeping to using Isolde as a 2 downmarker and search card.

Focusing on all 6 Attributes? Wow, we getting old school HERO then!!

I can understand now in regards to the other summoning methods. Honestly, in order for HEROs to be used properly in the new formats (like this style of HEROs), it's almost like you have to have the newer summoning methods (aside from Synchro) in order to combat against other decks. Still, this seems like a pretty sound deck design in my opinion. Though the moment a new WIND HERO reveals itself, I hope you'd be replacing Avian.

Well it is a given and also I suspect that the next time Konami gives us a E-HERO it will be either Wind or Water because we seemed to getting a new attribute set of E-HERO's starting with Shadow Mist in HERO Strike followed by Blazeman in All Stars then Honest Neos in Duelist Saga and recently Solidman as a VJump promo. So fingers crossed on a new WIND HERO that will be TCG legal for us when it hits TCG.

Agreed. I don't think I can keep using the useless Avian in my HERO decks.

Still, when that day comes, I do look forward to seeing the addendum to this deck and see it flourish even further.

Oh, right, Equips and Isolde targets. You can run some Level1 Warriors for more practical targets, and if they are Tuners you can follow up with Needlefiber plays once it hits the TCG.

Another funny idea is Phoenix Blade paired with Parallel World Fusion for even more classic Fusion HERO plays.

Still, since you run 2 Instant Fusions, having at least 2 targets for it in the Extra Deck should help.

With the 2 Instant its more so for Mariner where Mariner can be recycled off Legacy of a HERO. Plus its just a case of sorting space in my Extra Deck for everything where having 1 target for 2 Instant Fusions seems alright for what I also have in the deck for it. In addition to what you mentioned with equips I don't really see any space for it where as I mentioned I use Isolde as a Link ROTA with 2 downward Marks.

Yeah, but then you have a 2nd copy of Instant Fusion that depends on another card to become live, and in turn said card is situational...

Oh well, at the end it's up to you and your decisions, but know that  personally I'm not convinced about having 2 IFs but only 1 target.

Don't forget that I also have twin twister that can use cards like Instant Fusion or A HERO Lives for its cost if I can't meet requirements for said cards.
