You can only Link Summon "Cynet Experimental Soldier" once per turn. If Link Summoning this card, you can instead return monsters listed above from your GY to your Extra Deck as Link Materials, and the total number of those monsters used this way must be exactly 5. This card's original ATK is the number of materials used for its Link Summon x 1000. If this card is Link Summoned to the Extra Monster Zone: Tribute any number of monsters it points to (min. 1), then add the same number of "Cynet" Spells/Traps from your Deck to your hand, and if you do; this turn, this card can make a number of attacks up to those Tributed monsters. Otherwise, this card cannot attack this turn.

[spoilersDescription]
So I had an idea for what we might see as a gimmick for Link Monsters, and it is heavily inspired by ABC-Dragon Buster. Its Link Summoning condition might be a bit confusing (I tried my best to write it the way I thought Konami would) because you can either Link Summon it like normal, OR similarly to ABC-Dragon Buster, you could instead return monsters listed on it from your GY to your Extra Deck, and those monsters then become the Link Materials. Its last effect is mainly to help Cyberse Decks pull off an OTK, by allowing you to search Cynet Spells and Traps (because I know Konami will eventually support them as an Archetype), then allowing this card to attack a number of times equal to the monsters Tributed to activate its effect, but this is similar to Shooting Quasar Dragon's effect in that this card does not gain any additional attacks but you do modify the number of attacks it gets, and if you can't Tribute monsters to activate this effect, you cannot attack with it. All of this only lasts the turn you activate the effect, so during the next turn it can attack like normal.

No matter what, a Hyper-Link Summon must contain the following conditions; being able to remove monsters from the GY as Link Materials (the method depends on the card), and then using an exact number of monsters and/or exact total Link Rating of those monsters used equal to the Link Rating of the Link Monster you wish to Link Summon this way. This was designed to help get out Link Monsters with a high Link Rating with greater ease (preferably Link-5 and higher), but it could be applied to any Link Monster.
