"Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" + "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" + "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon"

Can only be Fusion Summoned using the above materials from your side of the field. Gains 900 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster in your graveyard. The Summon of this card cannot be negated. This card cannot be removed from the field during the turn it is Summoned. As long as this card is face-up: Negate the effects of all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls and destroy them. Once per turn: You can destroy all monsters your opponent controls. Inflict 1000 damage to your opponent for each monster destroyed by this effect. If this card is destroyed by battle: Special Summon it during the End Phase of the turn it was destroyed. When this card is Special Summoned by this effect: it gains 1000 additional ATK.

Can only be Fusion Summoned using the above materials from your side of the field. The ATK and DEF of this card becomes the number of Dragon-Type monsters in your Graveyard ×3000. Once per turn, while this card is face-up on the field: Banish all Spell and Trap Cards your opponent controls. During either player's Battle Phase: You can Discard 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand to destroy all monsters your opponent controls. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: They must Discard 5 cards at random from their hand. During your End Phase: You can Tribute this card. If you do; inflict 2000 damage your opponent for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard.

Not really no. You don't have to summon the dragons according to this effect. Nothing on the card indicates so. So all you have to do is search them which is easy or dump them which is also easy.

 

Making a deck to summon this on any turn is ludicrously easy. Overpowered probably. Joke? No.
