During either player's Battle Phase: You can Discard 1 Dragon-Type monster from your hand to destroy all monsters your opponent controls. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: They must Discard 5 cards at random from their hand. During your End Phase: You can Tribute this card. You don't have to summon the dragons according to this effect. Nothing on the card indicates so. So all you have to do is search them which is easy or dump them which is also easy.
