How Protagonists Handle Things

We asked the six Yu-Gi-Oh! protagonists how they'd deal with the following, all-too-common situation: Your ace monster is on the field, your LP are at 800, and your opponent just activated an effect that will inflict damage to you equal to the ATK of all monsters you control at the end of the turn. What do you do?

Yugi: I use a three-card combo to ensure that my opponent takes the damage instead. Unlikely, but effective.

Judai: I obviously use a support card for Neos that shields me from effect damage.

Yusei: I switch it to Defense Position, and reduce my own monster's ATK to 0. Easy.

Yuma: I USE THIS EFFECT THAT LETS ME TRIBUTE UTOPIA, AND REVIVE IT NEXT TURN! THEN I RANK IT UP!

Yuya: ACTION SPELL! NEGATE EFFECT DAMAGE!

Yusaku: I obviously kill my opponent before the turn ends.
