When this card attacks, you can target 1 Monster you control that has a Level, increase this cards ATK equal to the targeted Monsters Level x 200. When a monster you control is destroyed by its own effect, inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent. When this card leaves the field, you can Special Summon 1 Link 4 "Borrel" Monster from your GY, if you do: return this card to your Extra Deck. You can only activate each effect of "Borrelburst Dragon" once per turn.ATK/3500 LINK-6So Borrelburst is meant to act as Borreload/Swords (sword being revealed in the anime) ultimate form where it can gain ATK by targeting your Rokket Monsters in order to trigger the Rokkets effects where this also then inflicts 1000 points of damage to your opponent when a Monster is destroyed by their own effect. Finally it can set itself up to be used again by reviving a Borrelload/Sword and returning this to the Extra Deck.In Rokket themed decks this can truly be a devastating card to deal with as it can offensively thrash through your opponent while inflicting massive damage both through attacks and effects while reviving a Borrel Link 4 when it leaves the field.
