Pragmatism

Complotism

Surprisingly, a lot more progressive than I thought I was. It's probably mostly due to my soft spot for homosexuality, and utter hatred for religion, though. Also, apparently I have more faith in capitalism than I realized. Beyond that, everything is generally as can be expected- middle of the road, not aggressively out on one side or the other.

Nah, expected you to be socially progressive and mostly centrist otherwise

Giga not being a commie was shocking tho?

And me? Shocking?

Would you be surprised if I told you I answered that changed should be progressive instead of radical (I think that's how that question went)?

Globalism = trade, taking refugees, UN so on

This isn't specific enough.

Globalism in regards to the economy is the idea that trade between nations, among other things, is good for economic growth, and that said growth is inherently good for all parties involved.

(protip: it's not)

Economic globalism often comes at the expense of one's own citizens which is an idea I find unacceptable.

I used to believe in the idea of a classless, stateless society, but that went right out the window as of late, partly thanks to the influence of a certain someone (you know who you are). I guess I'm not a real commie anymore. These days I'm more of a left-wing technocrat? I'm not sure if there's actually a word for my overall ideology, but I certainly don't function under the veneer of compassion or some hopeless ideal of equality anymore.

I was on my phone, and didn't have time to type it out. I was trying be generic. Yes, I know how it is

That's Pragmatism and Veganism at the bottom there for those who can't quite read it. Overall I agree with this, but I'd like to comment on a few points I feel might be inaccurate and generally just explain my views.

I like my Constructivism vs Essentialism score, and this is probably the only neutral score I respect. I think both those sides are extremely flawed as they tend to oversimplify matters. Also both those ideologies tread into what I regard as firmly scientific territory, and I don't believe we know enough (yet) about how our brains work to determine exactly how "nature vs nurture" plays into what makes a person who they are.

I think I didn't get quite high enough Rehabilitative Justice score, probably because I didn't understand the questions. I do accept the amount of Punitive Justice that I have as I do think there is a place for deterrence. However I see a lot of extreme Punitivism where people seem to simply want revenge, as if causing more suffering after the fact actually does any good.

For me, Progressism, Internationalism and """"Communism"""" are all wrapped up into one idealistic desire to see the Earth's people united as a space fairing civilisation. We could easily use robotic labour to get rid of the problems that Soviet Communism had, and everyone could have whatever they wanted for free and no one would have to work.

My Ecology score is generally more materially motivated than you might expect. I view the Earth as a resource that we are wasting. Right now we only have one planet, and there's really no reason we should let our own home become uninhabitable.

My Revolution score is mostly impatience. Climate Change is an urgent issue and we have to act now! It's the sitting-on-our-hands attitude to this that motivates me to feel revolutionary, as well as unquestioned entrenched Capitalism.

Fkn EDIT:

I'd honestly like to see you try to pull that off, because I don't think that is possible. No one can be 100% neutral.

Sure you can. Just click neutral or hesitant for everything.

I redid it to correct the wishy-washy superfluity of neutrality.

7% Globalist

You're still impure

My people have a beautiful word for this called “Ballsdeep,” which I have taken to apply to many things in my life.

Yeet

I have a lot of gray area and I think some of these questions may be a bit obvious as to where you lean

I also don't like to think in absolutes in general

Bottom thing is Pragmatism which several other people had

Actually I have a question about this.

Isn't it kind of not right to "correct" neutrality? If you don't lean strongly towards one way but go full agree or disagree on it then it skews the results which causes them to be untrue to what you truly think. (or as truly as a test like this can get)
