So this card has caught my eye for awhile now that Links have been present awhile. Since it has no hard once per turn and the cost is pretty much negligible compared to Soul Charge, you can easily ladder into links with this provided you filled the Graveyard enough or have a few copies of this on hand. Not only that Psychics, being a Synchro era Typing, have a lot of Tuners within the Level range so Crystron Needlefiber could be used as well to fill the Graveyard with more Psychic Tuners upon laddering. Even though Psychics lack a bit of swarm power after E-Tele has been hit, I feel that this card is like a time bomb waiting to blow at the right moment.

Weirdly enough I thought this would end up turning the PSY-Frames into an engine 

 

And I still think this could save a pure Psychic Synchro Deck, the second one arrives that isn't wholly dependant on what your opponent does.

I tech'd this thing and Kuribandit in Kozmos. If you milled Tincan and had access to this in hand or from Kuribandit you could activate it in the end phase to grab Tincan and go ham.

been running psychic synchro from the start, and yeah, this card does some ignorant things when combined with links like missus radiant and monsters like telekinetic jumper. the ladder power is insane, and all you really need is 2-3 targets grave (which is really easy in psychics) for this to be worth the investment, especially in multiples.
