Clearly the quickest way to increase strength in the porn watching, since it doesn't have a refractory period and therefore can be done over and over for rapid training. Assuming I get the 10% for every video completed, I can simply go on a porn site with a good search function and limit it to videos under 5 minutes. Now that lets me watch 288 videos if I go the full 24 hours with no piss breaks. Now I'll assume that every time my strength increases by 10%, it's increasing by 10% of my current strength, not by 10% of my strength before I started training. That means that after the first video, my strength is 110% of what it was before any training, but after the second video, it's 121%. So that works out as 1.1^288 which is 833860353673, meaning a 83386035367200% increase in strength.

 

Now I didn't know how strong I was so I asked a family member if they knew how heavy they were and they said 50kg, and I know I can left them up, and just to test it I asked if I could pick them up and sure enough it was incredible easy, if perhaps not something I'd want to do for any length of time. This means that after training I would be able to easily lift 41 billion tonnes. I don't really know how to put this in perspective: that's enough to lift all the London Buses in London using only 1/650th of my overall strength.
