Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by its own effect. If a Special Summoned "Blue-Eyes" monster(s) you control is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect), and sent to your GY (Quick Effect): You can banish 1 of those monsters from your GY, then Special Summon this card from your hand or GY. Cannot attack directly. Other monsters you control cannot attack, except "Blue-Eyes" monsters. During the End Phase, send this card to the GY unless you banish 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster from your hand or GY. You can only control 1 "Blue-Eyes Chaos Overdragon".

​[spoilersDescription]This is not the best card design I've ever done, its nowhere near being the best Blue-Eyes support, but I made it for a few reasons. First, it reminds me of the retrained "Rituals" from back in the day (Black Luster Soldier - Envoy of the Beginning and Dark Magician of Chaos), and this card is the same way being the retrained version of Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon. Second, I think Chaos MAX was not a very good Ritual to begin with and I designed this card to be slightly better, but only slightly. This card does have some utility in a Blue-Eyes Deck (even at 3) as you can use its effect multiple times per turn and also with multiple copies of itself so it can act as a 4000 ATK wall against your opponent, but it can stopped with cards like Masked HERO Dark Law or Dimensional Fissure. Besides that, its other effects are not too beneficial to the Blue-Eyes Archetype, which I did on purpose. It cannot attack directly because I didn't want this card to be responsible for making a broken OTK, it has a "Malefic" effect that prevents other monsters outside the Blue-Eyes Archetype from attacking, and on top of all that it sends itself to the GY unless you banish a Blue-Eyes monster from your hand or GY. You could use this card as material for a Rank 8 monster (which is perfectly fine with the other Blue-Eyes monsters), and you can use it as a target for the Eyes of Blue monsters. This card is mainly going to be used as a beatstick and fodder for effects and material and occasionally stopping your opponent from winning by attacking you directly.

I really don't know why Blue-Eyes would ever need this card outside of beatsticking potential. Assuming that it didn't already fall out of style with the format changes, Chaos MAX should still sufficient enough for Blue-Eyes with the same stats, targeting immunity and double piercing and doesn't auto kill itself if you can't banish. Yeah, the requirement is a bit easier than having to actually draw Chaos Form, Tribute stuff and the attack restriction probably doesn't matter too much (unless you wanted to use Azure-Eyes or something), but that's about it. 

 

I mean, it works but outside of general beatsticking and Rank 8 fodder, why would you use it? It's usually almost there when you want it; that much, I can give you credit for.

I was really just bored and wanted a retrained Chaos MAX in the vein of BLS Envoy of the Beginning and Dark Magician of Chaos, as well as a generally easier to Summon Chaos MAX, I only just put in enough to make the card usable in the Deck.
