Late, but better that than never.

Really tho, Chthonian Emperor Dragon being a Gemini hemmed my options short when trying to make them work. I'm thinking that synergy with Red-Eyes might not be wholly out of the question, but for right now, this will have to suffice in terms of giving them a usable endgame with their main member still banned.

Of course, that new Twilight Emperor Dragon may just break the game all over again. But I am all ears for seeing how this can be changed.

Till then....

BDS, signing off.

You converted so many Series (some not even Series) into Archetypes:

  • "Emperor Dragon"
  • "Infernal"
  • "Chthonian"
  • "Chaos Emperor"
  • "Seed"
  • "Chaos"

Some have more problems than others and I can't imagine how difficult it will be to reconcile the OCG and TCG naming since they include a lot of really old cards, before Archetypes were a thing so Konami just named the cards whatever.

It'll probably be a dumpster fire, especially "Chaos" in particular, but you make too many Archetypes that I'm not going to look the OCG names to see if they match up.

Moving on

I feel the Levels 4 have too many effects. Not saying the effects or good or bad yet, but just too many

End Dragon has the following effects:

  1. Cannot attack during the turn it was Normal Summoned
  2. If this card is sent from your hand or Deck to the GY by a monster effect: You can Special Summon this card.
  3. If this card is banished: You can destroy 1 monster on the field.
  4. non-Effect Monster that was Summoned using this card as Material gains these effects. ............
    1. Emphasis on gaining 2 effects

A lot of Dragon Rulers influence here, I generally prefer to max at 3 effects since that gives you 1 for its own effect, 1 for its Archetype effect and 1 Floating/Self-Summoning/GY/Drawback effect. Very few cards have 4 or more effects but It doesn't break any rules so I guess I'll review them

End Dragon: How do you want to trigger it's summoning effect? No, seriously, I can't think of any good monster that discards a monster as an effect that synergizes with this card. Then a nice Shiranui/Dragon Ruler/Chaos effect, popping a card is always nice

A dimension Fissure isn't bad, fits the deck. Setting a trap on your opponents turn is a bit awkward since you can't activate it that turn but it's something.

Dawning Twilight Dragon: Generally the same as End Dragon.

Gives nice protection and triggers other cards.

Now, wtf are you suppose to use these as material for? Seriously is there some non-effect monster that you can make with them that I don't know about? There is Gem-Knight Pearl but did you just make them for that card?

Chaos Emperor Dragon - Infernal Incarnate: Is a Gemini but does so much I would almost say it's worth it. At very least it's a target for some of your other cards and Stuff like Dragon Shine and Melody

Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the Dawning Twilight: The last effect is a bit broken, destroying your opponent's hand T1 means they only start with 2 cards. That's pretty unfair.

Eclipse Seed: is interesting but between banishing your GY and generally want to keep cards in your GY can't say how often it'll be live. And why does it search "Evening Twilight Knight" and "Beginning Knight"? There some Ritual cards you want to include in this deck?

Chaos Emperor Fusion : a good fusion spell in a vacuum but the protection overlaps with "Dawning Twilight Dragon" and since there is only 1 "Chaos Emperor" Fusion Monster why not just say level 4 instead of going through all that math?

Chaos Emperor Conversion: Well, "Primal Seed" is still at 3. "Infernal Dragon" is random but the targets exist, though you wouldn't run them otherwise.

Chaos Emperor Crisis: Plenty good, negates, monster reborn and searches.

Chaos Emperor Dragon - Celestial Chthonia: Certainly not a non-effect monster to benefit from the level 4s. You can theoretically get a lot of damage in with the burn effect, but what Fire, Water, Earth and Wind Dragon are you going to run? Looks like it'll only do 1500

The next effects are interesting, Works with a lot of the cards you made. All I have to say.
