Regardless, it's odd to see another Photon now, they really don't need another Xyz, but that being said, this is a pretty good one, and as said, it can be used in other Decks as well, so there's that I suppose. I like the last effect a lot though, as Photons can exhaust their materials easily, and being able to add it to the hand too is neat, and you can choose Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon if you want, so that's fun. There's no article about anime/manga version in the wiki. Tbh I'm happy we getting Xyz Monster effects that has something to do with specific xyz materials, whether it's activating effects by detaching a specific material, or attaching materials to the monster. I assume the intent is to use Galaxy-Eyes Cloudragon with it, but that seems overall worse than just running a 1-of Galaxy Cyclone in decks that can reliably make this.
