So...this. I am not sure how I feel about this, I still think we gotta be careful, Nekroz were the unexpected surprise, and these guys just boosted Rituals to a new height, and you are saying it's an Archetype, so there's more of this? What can we expect, with cards like this that bring out any Level 10 or lower instantly, along with the ability to still Normal Summon a Manju and use your Preparations, you pretty much get to get two Ritual Monsters out at the same time, not to include the in-house support that Ritual Monsters always have, the effects that the Tributed monsters can get as well. There is reason to be concerned that they don't go overboard with this, as Ritual Monsters can become very powerful.

So each of these is a straight +2

Pre-Prep is a +1

Manju is a +1

Prep is a potential +1

Ritual Sanctuary is a +0 with a possible +1 depending on if you're running LIGHT Fairies

Terraforming is a +0 that searches Sanctuary.

...and if you run all of the above, that's 21 cards of your deck that's straight searching/plussing without even including what the rituals/ritual spells themselves bring to the table.  I mean, I get it, ritual-ing is a costly mechanic, but geez do they have some crazy support..

they've always had insanely good support. hell, demise was the original judgement dragon. the issue was usually that the rituals themselves were either not well matched to the support they had, or just too costly for said support to keep up with (bar demise, who was well before his time). now though, HIS TIME HAS COME! with all the actually good, if not busted rituals in the game, the support is really starting to shine as brightly as it was meant to.

so ritual support has always been kinda like snake rain. the support means nothing if the supported cards are trash.

Yup, as I said, it can become scary quick. I feel like Ritual Monsters have better support than a lot of things, but with the exception of Nekroz, their in house support has issues, and aren't as good as they could be. Gishki is in general crappy, Shinobird are based around Spirit monsters, so tehre's a problem there already, Vendread is not that bad, but still don't have the best non-Ritual monsters.
