Once per turn: You can roll a six-sided die 3 times and have this card gain ATK/DEF equal to the total roll x 100 until the end of your opponent’s turn, then, if exactly 2 of the results were the same, apply the appropriate effect, or if all 3 of the results were the same, apply all of these effects.

1 or 2: Destroy 1 Monster your opponent controls.

3 or 4: Destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card on your opponents side of the field.

5 or 6: Special Summon 1 Monster from your hand, deck or GY to your side of the field whose card text list rolling a six-sided die.

So Dice Warrior acts as support for the recently revealed OCG Orgoth the relentless where this card has the same effect of rolling 3 die to gain ATK/DEF but diffent to orgoth its effects from 1 to 4 involve destroy a card on your opponents field where its last effect allows you to summon dice related effect monsters like Orgoth to the field.

 

In dice themed decks this will be a decent level 4 monster who at max can become a 3400 ATK Monster and with its other abilities it gives you a change to either destroy cards or summon your bigger dice Monsters.
