YCM Backgrounds

Ultimagamer

Question

When I say backgrounds im referring to the color of the posts themselves, which change from white to black to grey every now and then

I have a couple questions on the backgrounds and the word coloring

1. how often do these change?

2. does the text of old posts automatically change to the new color? If I were to copy paste from google drive would it change the color then?

( also, regarding the official background pictures, can they be customized? I mean with images outside of ycm )

all worked out good, but quick question, will it carry over if I switch back to a classic theme?

( edit, just tested, nah it doesn't carry over, not a big deal though, I like the uniform better )

Well, at least if you switch themes then go back to uniform uniform still keeps your background.

You can change YCM's theme(and backgrounds and text) at any time, just click the Change Theme button in the bottom left corner of the forum(the entire forum).

Also, all posts have the same background on the same theme.

You can't put in custom YCM backgrounds, I think You can change your background in YCM Uniform.

Ah ok, thanks for the help on that!

I'd recommend about 1920x1080 personally.

but the image will tile so I mean if you don't mind it too much, it will do the job.

It doesn't shrink or stretch it though.

If you put a picture that's bigger than your browser's size it'll only show part of it, and if you put it smaller it will tile it, so for best results you need something that's about equal to your computer's own wallpaper size.
