Cluster Congester, eh? It's so specific, when would this be worth it, giving up your freaking Link for defenseless Tokens? No, I don't see the worth, and it's Level 7?! I rarely call cards bad, but you are going to have to find a good reason for me to care about this card.

 

SIMM Dublas, well this is more interesting, if you play a lot of those cards that Special Summon to zones that are pointed to, this can be a helpful card, as a Level 5 requiring a specific set-up, that can be a problem, but I think Cyberse have enough Main Deck cards to easily get a field going where this can be useful in. Worth a try.

SIMM Dublas is pretty interesting. Cyberses have a lot of cards that can combo into each other, and this just lets you keep extending your plays. For example, if you have a Backup Secretary in your GY from last turn, Dublas lets you recycle her so you can SS her again and make more Links. I'd run at 1-2 in the Deck, since it can be cloggy, and it's best in the mid-to-late game when you have a field presence, but having 0 ATK means it can be easily fetched by Backdoor.

Cluster Congester is just pack filler. It has no inherent Summoning condition, meaning you have to go to the effort of getting him out, and permanently banishing a Link just to get out Tokens would only be useful if you had some way of getting the Link back easily.

SIMM is amazing, given that it can recycle cyberse's stratos, while getting out another link material, can pay for up to 9 levels for a ritual summon, while setting up Degrenade Buster as a bonus.

Just a friendly reminder that SIMM is another solid search target for Formud Skipper.  Now to just think of some kind of 1-card combo with Skipper that boards 2 Links that lets you SS SIMM..

Well if that combo allows the usage of a (-1) for the search you could add secretary to ladder with devotee and disciple into the new cyberse witch + Proxy Dragon -> enabling this on top of adding the new ritual monster and spell, as well as getting a draw. Too bad that does not add level 4 targets ... come to think of it cyberse gadget + formud in grave does the most and fully enables SIMM to act as Cyberse Magician fodder.

Dublas is crazy strong. Free body, extra stuff, requires very little previous commitment. Great stuff all around. Notably, it could probably be used in the future in some decks beyond "lolcyberse"

 

Congester... Exists. I think the biggest problem is how the sheet do you even summon this thing? The first effect doesn't work if you have a link monster, so that rules out Skull Dread and Firewall. Looking through Cyberse Support, I'm seeing... RAM Clouder (seems good if you can get this in grave), and... Well, salvagent driver exists, but just feels worse than the aforementioned. So yeah, guess that proves my point. Other things that are difficult to field are solved by firewall or skull dread, but that just doesn't accomplish much this time.
