Link Devotee, same as anime, but for what it wants to do, it works well, but is limited as well. Not much else to say really.

Restoration Pointguard, well it has interesting Link Arrows, but that's about it, by it being only by card effect, and those being rare to be anything but banish or bounce, that is so rare, and there are much better LINK-2 options for you in a Cyberse Deck, while it can stall a bit, and if your opponent uses Link Monsters, that will be an annoying card, it still has too little going for it for me to be interested with so many better cards out there.

Link Devotee...I can see where they were going with this guy, but honestly, Link Disciple IMO is a bit lackluster when there are better Cyberse Link-1s (except for laddering purposes), and having his very own supporting Link doesn't help when you're locked out of getting your big boys out.

Pointguard, on the other hand, has a bit of utility. He's not just sitting there on the field, but if your opponent Link Summons, he becomes indestructible, and if your opponent destroys a Link by a card effect (uncommon, but it happens), he comes back. I'd run as a 1-of in the Side Deck if you find yourself against a destruction-heavy Deck.

Link Devotee sounds interesting and ties well with the ritual support, given that 2 level 4 or lower cyberse monsters (the cyberse stratos -> secretary) adds 1 draw, while getting out the new ritual supporting link and using the remaining token for a link below said link 2 (witch) to trigger her double search, while afterwards reviving ritual fodder (or using SIMM the new high level cyberse revealed today, to get it and the level 3 or 4 back to pay the cost for the ritual summon). Pointguard is utterly useless trash.

Something something Link Disciple + Devotee in Cyberse Troymare?  Cyberse have a ton of tools to put themselves out on the field but even a single Cyberse Gadget can get the duo out which then nets you some hand restructuring via draws + 2 tokens which can then be used to go into Troymares.  The limiting of only link 1s-2s during the turn you summon is a bit of a killer though since there aren't (any?) disruptive low link monsters, but being able to Extra Link + restructure your hand to hold onto some traps could possibly be a way to go.
