Texchangure, not sure about this, you would require it to be up for a turn for that, and that just seems like a waste when you could be building your Deck to be stronger.

 

Cynet Regression, it's a Trap Card, so you have to wait for your next turn to even use it, and while yeah, you get a draw as well, that's just not worth it to me.
