[beast-Warrior/ Flip/ Effect]
ATK/ 1600 DEF/ 0

FLIP: Apply the following effect based on how this card was flipped face-up.

  • Flipped during battle: All face-up Attack Position monsters your opponent currently controls cannot attack while they are face-up on the field.
  • Flipped by your opponent's card effect: Double this card's original ATK, also it is unaffected by your opponent's card effects while it is face-up on the field.
  • Flipped by Flip Summon: All Set Spell/Trap cards your opponent currently controls cannot be activated.

the last effect is too strong i think because it makes all set cards of your opponent useless

a fix would be to make this effect stop after a certain amount of time (like until you 2nd end phase)

It is, but it isn't... It requires you to essentially flip it next turn without getting attacked, destroyed, etc. Not to mention your opponent can still chain their Set stuff or negate it with Counter Traps, hand traps, etc. It is really lucky you could use it on a passive Deck these days provided they have no response.

I like this card. I was thinking of making a card like this, bit for something else as opposed to flipping. Maybe I'll post it some other time. But anywho:

First effect is fine. If you just Set this, your opponent only gets in one attack, then renders the rest as stuck as a field under Swords od Revealing Light. The second one is clever, as it rewards you for your opponent getting greedy. Granted, this scenario, is incredibly rare and would've been more likely to occur back in the Zexal age with Photon Papilloperative. Last one's second likeliest to occur. First one's tame, since it seems most likely to occur, while the last one isn't as likely but still moreso than the second one. Plus if your opponent didn't want to risk attacking it on the off chance of Graveyard or FLIP effects, it punishes them harsher. Like Anti-Magic Arrows, but permanent. Locking off stuff like Solemn Trap Cards.

It's a clever card.
