Hyperdimension Neptunia the Archetype

This was a series of 30 ish cards or so I created around the anime "Hyperdimension Neptunia" which is one of, if not my favorite anime to this day. I thought that the way that the girls in the show access a form of energy called share energy and used it to transform into different versions of themselves was much similar to the masked hero playstyle shown in yugioh.

That's kinda what this archetype is about. Masked hero style fusions along with having effects when sent to the graveyard and effects on summon. I've created monsters based around the main 6 goddesses of the show, along with their sisters the candidates. If and Compa brought in since they are good friends with main 6 goddesses. The link monsters are based around the 4 oracles of the four lands of the show. The field spell is based around Gamindustri, which is the planet on which they live. More and more like that.

Please tell me your thoughts on these cards, I am always willing to listen to feedback and change cards accordingly

Never seen the anime, so can't comment on flavour :( Anyway, my default suggestion is to always cut down archetypes unless they're composed of sub-archetypes that can play in their own way. Too many cards render others useless, as you can only run so many in a Deck, you know? Anyway, let's build a Deck.

Immediately IF and Compa have themselves at 3 each, even with their HOPT. Simple searchers that don't eat up your NS? Sign me up. Perhaps a bit too easy, but let's move on. Plutia goes to 3, due to it not having to eat up your field and granting any potential card in your top 3 of your Deck. Vert also at 3, as he immediately replenishes himself with his own effect; he shouldn't be able to SS himself from the Deck though, as otherwise he's instant R4 Material in any Deck. I will comment briefly on the fact that all of the monsters that trigger their own effects do so very easily, in fact, too easily. I really would suggest that their effects should read "sent to the GY by another card's effect" so that they have to rely on each other more. Also, right now, you have far too much searching and Special Summoning; the sending the GY is their only real theme at the moment, and even that's barely a thing outside of more searching and Special Summoning, so they're not interesting to play or use. Anyway, Voire also at 3, as he searches then triggers another of your CPUs, and that pretty much wraps up all the monsters to be run at 3.

Divinity being an archetypal multiple Foolish Burial is far too powerful. Also, Quick-Play much? Make it only be able to Summon one, or make you have to discard to activate it instead of sending to the Deck. Or both. Either way, its at 3, and same with the Field Spell. Said Field Spell is a pretty interesting card, especially when compared to the rest of the archetype. Divinity had the potential of being unique, but really considering all the main deck monsters simply have "sent to the GY by a card effect" there's so much freedom as to how they go there, they might as well be Shaddolls. In fact, these cards are simply better Shaddolls right now. Pudding Break gives a lot of draws, works amazingly with Burial of Belongings, and is a decent card in its own right. That puts us up to 9, plus the 3 mandatory Burial of Belongings in order to take advantage of these cards. Add a Foolish Burial, Reinforcement of the Army, and perhaps a Depleting Shares, as even though its not amazing, it is searchable. Oh, and 3 Battle Shifts, considering it gets you an instant potential Level 10 Fusion. What fun.

Alright, so we have 15 Main Deck monsters right now, and 18 Spells/Traps. That leaves us with 7 cards to work with. No Monster Reborn or Soul Charge, due to the Summoning restrictions on these cards. Let's have a triple Netgear; we don't really need the other SSing from hand's monster's GY searchings, as the Spells/Traps handle it for us. Double Netpune for recycling and S/T searching, and double Peashy for mid-game shenanigans. In fact, you would deck out so quickly with this card it might as well be early game.

But wait, we don't have most of the SSs from hand! Well, that doesn't really matter. Netgear has no HOPT on his SSing effect, as as you've currently written it simply applies like Cyber Dragon. And besides, we only need the Links so we can spam out the Fusions without literally using any of the cards on our hand or field. Like seriously, there's barely any point to be this consistent, but for some reason the Deck is. Hey, we could even replace that double Neptune, Peashy, and one other MD card with Exodia and it might actually be playable.

As for your Extra Deck, we immediately dump all of the Fusions that we aren't playing the corresponding counterpart for. We need that Extra Deck space. That said, we can also get rid of Mina and Chika, as they rely on monsters we don't run. Histoire's lack of HOPT makes it an immediate 3-of, with Kei being at 2 because it's harder to Summon, yet allows you to Summon more Fusions. 1 of CPU Reporters as we are barely using our hand anyway, and a triple Summon from the Deck is always welcome. Fun fact, Reporters doesn't trigger your monster's effect if it is Fusion Summoned, as a condition to Summon is not a card effect. Can't make any suggestions to fix that with your current set, as unless you are using an activating effect, is not considered sending it to the GY by a card effect, and you can't have effects that simply activate face-down in your Extra Deck. Also, considering you're missing materials, you also need it to be unable to be Fusion Summoned. or you can write:

2 "CPU" monsters with different names.

Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by sending the above cards in your hand to the GY (You do not use "Polymerization.)

I'm going to stop with making up the decklist. Normally I do this practice to show people what cards to drop and what cards they currently have to keep, as you can't keep 30 cards in a Deck while being consistent. However, what you have right now is so powerful, it would barely be noticeable if you ran the "bad" cards. It's would still be a Tier 1 Deck, and without them, it absolutely destroys any hope other Decks have at getting anywhere, as unlike most Decks without much creative drive and too much SSing and consistency, you have the bosses to back it up. Even your own cards have completely defeated the point of others, as you can run the good Fusion bosses that have "bad" counterparts as you have your Spell that returns 1 to your ED to SS another. There's no reason to run anything other than the purely best, and I can't really see how to salvage this other than from starting from the beginning again.
