Futuresight Magician

A Pendulum Monster that allows you to rearrange the top of your Deck, and allows you to declare a card name, then excavate the top 3 cards, one effect has you add a Pendulum Monster, the other let's you add a Spell. While a Magician, it isn't directly meant to be support for them, but is improved by them I suppose, Mythical Beast and Dark Doriado are my main inspiration, and its Pendulum Scale is meant to work with Magical Abductor as well.

 

Pendulum Effect:
When this card is activated: You can look at cards on top of your Deck equal the number of Pendulum Monsters and Spells in your GY and on your field, then place them on top or bottom of your Deck in any order. You can only use this effect of “Futuresight Magician” once per turn.

 

Monster Effect:
You can declare 1 card name; excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, you can add 1 excavated Pendulum Monster with the declared name to your hand, also send the remaining cards to the GY. If this card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can declare 1 card name; excavate the top 3 cards of your Deck, you can add 1 excavated Spell with the declared name to your hand, also send the remaining cards to the GY. You can only use each effect of “Futuresight Magician” once per turn.
