Continuous Spell

When this card is activated, shuffle 1 card from your Deck into your opponent's Deck, face-up, then your opponent draws 1 card. When your opponent draws the card you added to their Deck by this effect: they must add that card to your hand, and if they do; destroy this card if it is still on the field. Your opponent cannot remove cards from their Deck, except by drawing them.

 

Basically, this is a weird combination of Parasite Paracide's interesting "shuffle into your opponent's Deck" effect, combined with a weird sort of Gold Sarcophagus effect to get you a card eventually, on top of the outright devastating continuous Deck control effect. This even includes costs, which means that Pot of Desires is completely disabled by this thing! Your opponent is free to activate any other draw effect that doesn't take things out of the Deck by non-drawing methods, so things like Shuffle Reborn, Jar of Avarice, Upstart Goblin, etc are all completely valid options.

 

Basically, it balances a free Upstart for your opponent with a complete disgusting lockdown on all their searching, milling, and Foolish effects, all of which are necessary in your average modern Yu-Gi-Oh! Deck to some extent.
