Idea if you cant ritual then use em for pendulum. Now having any ritual monster doubling as a plain pendulum (their level doubles as their scale) you can grab any level ritual to get all kinds of scales.

 

Wagui, Vohexdoo Seer: FIRE Thunnder-Type Level 6 Pendulum moster 2300 ATK and 1900 DEF scale 9-9

 

Pendulum Effect: If the other card in your pendulum zone is a ritual monster, this card's scale becomes 1. If this card is activated: You can add 1 Ritual Spell card or Ritual monster from your Deck or GY to your hand. If you place a Ritual monster in your other pendulum zone: you can target 1 monster on the field and if you do, destroy the targeted monster. You can only activate each effect of "Wagui, Vohexdoo Seer" once per turn.

 

Monster effect: During eiher player's turn you reveal this card in your hand; diiscard this card then, place 1 ritual monster from your hand, Deck or GY into your Pendulum Zone, while it is face-up on the fiield inn the pendulum zone,, it is treated as a pendulum cardand its scaale iss equal to it's leveel. You can discard 1 Ritual Spell card to draw 1 card. If a ritual monsteer is placed in your penndulum zone while this card is in the GY; you can randomly shuffle 1 card inn your opponent's hand into the deck. You can only activate each effect of "Wagui, Vohexdo Seer" once per turn.
