A Link Monster that is able to mill your opponent's Deck and boost its own ATK. It also protects itself as long as your opponent's Deck has less cards in it than yours has. This works well in Decks that focus on milling the opponent's Deck, as well as any Deck that uses high Level/Rank monsters, or Link Summons higher Link Rating monsters, as this works for Level/Rank and Link Rating, which is normally not uses, so I found that interesting.

Once per turn, when a monster(s) is Summoned to a zone(s) this card points to: You can send cards from the top of your opponent’s Deck to the GY equal to that monster(s) Level/Rank or Link Rating, then this card gains 100 ATK for each card sent until your next Standby Phase. If your opponent has less cards in their Deck than you, this card cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent’s card effects.
