Long story short I got tired of Pojo's CAC Section and decided to give this site a shot.

Haiya, I'm Dova...or at least, that's what I normally go by. Sorry about my name for the present, still have to get around to changing it. Anyway, welcome to the site!

 

If you're looking to make custom cards, well, I do apologize for the not really working cardmaker. Because our admin abandoned us a while back, we've been forced to look into fixing it ourselves, and we're not quite there yet. However, it does work for basic stuff for the moment, and there's a useful desktop app called TCGEditor with everything up to Pendulums, and it does look a little nicer if I do say so myself. If you want to make Links, or don't have art for your cards, written cards are perfectly acceptable :3

 

Remember to read the rules for the sections you want to post in! Brief run-down on the different sections:

 

Free Design

Basically the only rules are the main site rules; no design standards, no expectations for reviews, post here for showcase or for your Joke/OP cards should you feel in the mood.

Casual

Higher design standards, but still rather lax.

Advanced

My main area. You need design notes and stuff to post here, but really it doesn't take that much. Other than that, the community just looks at your cards in relation to the meta. If you find your stuff here not getting much feedback, feel free to use my review thread!

 

There's the contests section for hosting/joining card making competitions, either for a massive group one with one judge for the main competitions forum, or you pitting yourself against another cardmaker for the community to vote on in 1v1s! I'm planning on hosting a big competition soon if you're interested, so stay tuned!

 

Feel free to PM me or @Flash Flyer - Sakura, or really any of the other common cardmakers if you want help, tips, or someone to chat to. Most if not all of us are really open at all times!

 

But yeah, there's plenty of other things to do here. Mess around in Misc, have serious discussions in General, discuss movies/anime/books in the Multimedia section or RPing are just some of the things you can do! Of course, I mainly work in custom cards, and so like keeping people there >:3 but feel free to look around!

I'm Sakura, the moderator for the section. (Yeah, my current name has a modifier in front of it, but no one really uses any part of my name when addressing me, so...)

I'm Yui, the guy you'll probably meet if you decide to venture into the RP section someday. Sakura and Dova already seem to have covered the stuff I usually go over when greeting new members, so I guess I'll just get right to the end of my usual shtick. Have fun while you're here, and don't be afraid to put yourself out there. Barring some tragic event that ends in your permaban, you are here forever after all. Might as well make the most of it :)
