ATK & DEF: 0 Dragon-Type 10 star LIGHT

This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card’s Special Summon cannot be negated. Must first be Special Summoned by revealing 3 LIGHT or DARK Dragon-Type monsters from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned and the total number of card(s) on the field and in both players' hand(s) exceeds 15, you can Special Summon 2 Dragon-Type monster(s) from your Graveyard to your field in Attack position . These monster(s) Special Summoned by this cards' effect: cannot declare an Attack, or be Tributed or be used as XYZ material or be used for synchro summon or be destroyed by battle or change their battle position, they're also unaffected by card effects, their ATK & DEF become 0, and when they are targeted by a monster Attack; any battle damage you receive is 0 and half of the damage you would've received is subtracted from this card's ATK instead. This cards' ATK is equal to the total original ATK of the Dragon-Type monster(s) that were Special Summoned by this cards' effect. This card is unnaffected by card effects and cannot be destroyed by battle. When this Cards' ATK becomes 0, banish all monsters on your field and Graveyard.

Sounds risky, but good in the right conditions. Especially with Red-Eyes decks.

You know it says LIGHT Dragons, right? (Unless Red-Eyes can consistently run 3 LIGHT Dragons alongside things, yeah, they can't use it.)

To be really honest, the only Decks that can really make use of this card are either Hieratics or Blue-Eyes, and given the restriction on Tributing, only the latter would even bother with this. Granted, it does provide them a way to recur the bosses from the GY and either bring back dead Spirit Dragons or fodder to Rank 8 or something (uh yeah, this is basically all you can really do with the SS'd monsters; use them as ED fodder). But yeah, this card's last effect essentially screws you over HARD, especially if this does end up getting negated and reverts to 0 ATK and DEF.

As far as wording goes, you should probably change it to gain the original ATK of the monsters you revive, since right now, this card's effect makes everything zero, so... The second to last effect is kinda clunky though, given all the restrictions and stuff being applied to it.

Harsh as this may sound, yeah, it's very limited in its scope and I think Blue-Eyes already have enough fodder to do whatever they have to, in light of Master Rule 4.

I’ve edited post now to make it so special summon can’t be negated. Also when it does get destroyed by its own effect (ATK becoming 0) all monsters on your field and graveyard are banished rather than your whole hand, graveyard and field.

*I’ve change it to DARK/LIGHT DRAGONS. So now you can summon it using dark and light dragons. (So you must have 3 dark or 3 light, not mix)

If you resurrect two dragons with each 2500+ attack, you’re getting 5000 ATK monster on this card. You would need to inflict 10000 battle damage in order to reduce this card’s ATK to 0.

(Next time, just edit your last post if it hasn't been 12 hours or someone else never posted.)

But yeah, while that is true; do take into consideration that if Skill Drain or some other negation card is out before this card shows up, it will override this card's effect protection. Granted, Drain is currently at 1 right now, but...

(Also this thing can get Kaiju'd)

As it is, card has a better chance of being used but then again, you're still going to have to find space for this in LIGHT or DARK Dragon decks that even want to run this card. As far as LIGHT goes, Blue-Eyes still don't want this (and neither do Hieratics because it cuts off their Tributing thing). On the DARK end, you have Red-Eyes and I guess Vullet/Rokkets if you bother with it in the latter, but yeah. Though, with that being said, considering the condition itself is pretty easy to accomplish, I'm going out on a limb to say that the card itself is bordering on busted.

Reminder: The monsters you Summon don't have to stay on the field; yes, you cannot Tribute them, but like I mentioned already, nothing forbids them for being used as material for a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz or Link Summon. Once the monsters are off the field, this card's stats cannot be lowered (you still take regular damage though) and you essentially have a Towers-esque boss with rather large stats. You need to take that into consideration.

You may want to increase the total number of cards required on the field for revival to 15-20, given how quickly people can set up large boards.

Also, where are you summoning this from? Assuming the hand, but you need to mention this.

Yeah thanks, didn’t notice it could be used for xyz & synchro as well. I’ve changed it so it can’t be used for anything, also the condition is now it needs 15 cards. This is still prototype version so far; just needs bit of grammar correcting, and maybe some more creative twist to balance it.
