Fukato
This is probably a boss monster I'm gonna use for a character in my story, who might end up dominating all his duels, or most of them... Anyways, this is basically a reset on destruction by rewinding the cards destroyed back to their original position, kind of like Astrograph Magician (anime). It's stats are okay, much like any "boss" monster you can find. Maximum MagicianLIGHT Spellcaster Level 82500/2000Effect: If a card(s) you control is destroyed by your opponent's card effect: You can banish the top 5 cards of your Deck and reveal this card in your hand; return as many of those cards as possible that were destroyed by that effect to the field in the same positions as they were when destroyed, and if you do, Special Summon this card. You can reveal 1 Level 4 or lower monster in your hand; banish cards from the top of your Deck equal to its Level, and if you do, Special Summon it. You can only use 1 effect of "Maximum Magician" per turn, and only once that turn.

Dragulas
Seems a nice boss for a protagonist. I would recommend though to be able to trigger with your stuff or at least being able to activate in battle destruction as well (not a fan of stuff that relies on your opponent). 2nd effect while very generic is restricetd by both hard OPT on the effects so its fine, but it doesnt specify from where you reveal the monster (I asume is from the hand). Darj
I also was about to point out that it doesn't state from where the cards are revealed.Anyway, looks good enough to me. The second effect is great, Ancient Fairy Dragon has shown how effective can be the ability to Special Summon a Level 4 or lower monster from the hand, and this doesn't cost you your Battle Phase. The first effect is comparable to a reverse hand trap, and it should be effective as destruction removal is still common. It reminds me of Zirdras, the Magicrystal Dragon, except that it trades the ability of reacting to more forms of removal, for covering monsters with its effect and being able to bring multiple cards back.
