So this trap for Cyberse decks not only helps take control of your opponents monsters by tributing a Cyberse Monster you control by can also nullify card effects by banishing itself and a Cyberse in the grave.

 

In Cyberse this would be a decent card that help take control of the situation where if you control a Link Monster like Decode and have a Cyberse in a zone it points to, you can with this take control of your opponents Monster and place it into one of the zones Decode Talker Points to. In addition its effect negating effect in grave will help give Cyberse some defensive ground while going on the offensive.

Can you please include the typed card text in your card threads? Makes it easier to drop fixes.

 

No need for the (Quick Effect) PSCT. Not only Traps are inherently spell speed 2, also Quick Effects are a type or Monster Effect, and well, Spell/Traps aren't monsters.

 

From the card name I expected an anti-Cyberse side deck/meta call card, heh.

 

First effect is fine, IMO. A stronger but more conditional and slower Enemy Controller. The second one, however... not a big fan, because it takes omni-Counters to a next level by being an in-GY effect. That means you can resort to milling support to get multiples along Cyberses and set up the negation. Or just use it as discard/effect fodder and set it up in the GY. And combined with the first effect, it is deadlier.

 

In short, both effects are decent to good on their own, but combined in a single card seems a bit too much.
