[spoiler=effect]1 Level 4 or lower "HERO" Monster

When this card is Link Summoned, add 1 Level 4 or lower "HERO" Monster from your deck to your hand, but for the rest of this turn, you cannot Normal Summon/Set or Special Summon monsters with that name, nor activate their monster effects. When a "HERO" Monster is summoned to a zone this card points to, increase your LP equal to the summoned Monsters ATK. You can only Link Summon "Xtra HERO Charge Driver" once per turn.

 

 

So Charge Driver acts as a Link 1 for HERO Decks that works like a mini Isolde where it first can add a Level 4 or lower HERO from your deck to your hand and when a HERO Monster is summoned to a zone it points to, it grants you life equal to its ATK.

 

This will be a decent card in HERO's not only for its search but its Life gaining effect will help cover over the cost of cards like A HERO Lives and Instant Fusion. In addition to this it can also ladder itself into Isolde or Xtra HERO Wonder Driver.

I say nope to this. Come on, it's a blatant free ROTA from HEROes, and the second effect is just icing on cake. Regardless of HEROes position in the meta, this card is unfair, IMO. At least make it a Link2 so it breaks even, ignoring floaters like Shadow Mist. Oh, but then you may as well play Isolde, right? Still, this benefits from HERO support.
