[spoiler=Coveting of Gusto: Info]

Normal Spell Card

Lore: Discard 1 card, and if you do, send 1 WIND Synchro Monster with a Level from your Extra Deck to the GY, and if you do that, Special Summon up to 2 WIND Psychic monsters from your hand or Deck whose total Levels exactly equal that sent monster's Level (but no more than 1 on each side). You can only activate 1 "Memories of Gusto" per turn.

Can't go wrong with competitive power, can we-and considering how the well-tread original of the Gusto armada does love her some soul searching, something that helped along her and her faithful along their merry way is always welcome.

So yeah, Sphreez, Caam and literally every other Gusto in between might well be dancing in the street over this. The Tuners, not so much, but don't worry. Their begotten Synchro Member will be featured tomorrow, with the final Gusto Synchro card. One for a member of the troupe...who was kinda shafted of their own winged mount. And yes, she tutors some other members of the group out of the Graveyard, same as our friendly neighborhood Main-Deck-er.

Plus, felt that it was probably time for something to be done in the same vein as Ritual Beasts for the main line-up for the Gustos-after all, their future compatriots tinkered with the Extra Deck, why shouldn't they?

Till that time, reviews, revelry, you know the drill.

BDS, signing off.

UPDATE I: whoops, slipped up on the card from a previous version, folks. Should be good now. Here have a Youtube vid on the war the Gusto featured in (and why they might be coveting the blessings, what little they have afterwards) to compensate for my grave error.

Wouldn't Winda's effect not trigger if she is Summoned to the opponent's field, or ramming into their monster? She has to be destroyed by an opponent's attacking monster.

That being said, being able to search 2 Gustos from the Deck is still great even if Winda and Kamui miss their effects. It sets up Synchro plays, setup Caam or Contact, and even possibly Soul Charge.

Funnily (is this intentional?) this can also be splashed in a Ritual Beast Deck to get Elder to the field, although he'll miss his effects too.

Lastly, awesome card art!

Discard also triggers Gusto Griffin if you happen to discard it-especially good considering the new-found compatibility Gusto Griffin got in the True King Gusto build.

And if you do this with Sphreez on the board, which is disgustingly easy to do with E-Tele-Summoned Pilica....

....especially considering the Gusto strategy.

Oh and yeah, the Ritual Beast tie in was unexpected but not unwelcome. In fact I modified the Synchro Mill to more make this card look a twist between Rampengu and Ritual Beast Ambush.
