Cannot be Special Summoned from the Deck. If you control no monsters, you Special Summon this card from your hand by sending 2 "Timelord" Monsters excluding "Lucifall, the Defective Timelord" from your hand to the GY. Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. You take no battle damage from attacks involving this card. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card battled: you can banish 1 "Timelord" Monster except "Lucifall, the Defective Timelord" from your hand or GY, then, apply the effects of the banished Monster effect that states that if this card battled through this cards effect. While you control this face-up card, you cannot summon/set Monsters.

ATK/4000 DEF/4000

 

So this Timelord based on the fallen angel Lucifer is a Special Timelord that can be summoned if you have 2 other Timelords to send to the grave to summon it as a 4000 ATK and DEF monster which can copy the effects of other Timelords if this card battles a monster. In addition this unique timelord doesn't return to the deck but instead remains on the field while preventing you from summoning any other Monsters.

 

In Timelord decks this would be a nasty surprise for your opponent where due to its cost for summoning it your opponent wouldn't know when you would be playing this card specially if you summon this and then if it battles a Monster on a 4000 ATK body it then copys Michion or Sandaion's effects.
