Once per turn, you can discard 1 card; add 1 "Tale Counter" to this card.

Every time a monster is destroyed and sent to the graveyard; add 1 "Tale Counter" to this card.

When this card leaves the field, you can special summon a monster from either player's graveyard whose level is equal or lower to the amount of "Tale Counters" this card had on the turn it left the field.

If this card is sent directly from the hand to the graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type, Warrior-Type or Spellcaster-Type monster from your graveyard.

 

 

 

 

Told to have wandered through lands of great magic, scorched by the flame of countless majestic creatures, passed around countless kings and kingdoms who would soon fall, the Writings of Prophecy tell of a hero, long told to be dead, returning, and bringing glory and hope to their people. However... the writings never stated who the hero was, where he would return to... or when.

The effect is pretty good, considering that you can put tale counters on it at the cost of your hand size or wait until enough stuff gets blown up for it to be effective. It's okayish-ly good.

That is all I could ask for for a card I came up on the spot, so hey, glad it doesn't seem unbalanced or just a gimmick.
