Been working on this on and off for a while now, and now it's time for some feedback. Tell me what you think.First, the Normal Monsters: [spoiler=monsters] When this card is Normal or Flip Summoned, you may excavate the top 3 cards of your deck. Add one "Archon" card or Continuous Spell Card among those cards to your hand, and shuffle the rest into the Deck.When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up you may Special Summon 1 "Legion Archon" from your hand, deck or GY. You may only activate the effect of "Legion Archon" once per turn.During your Battle Phase. When this card battles with an opponents monster (before the damage step); Pay 1000 LP. You may destroy that monster, then banish this card.Neither player takes battle damage from battles involving this card. When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monsters ATK.When this card is successfully Summoned, you may activate one "The Seven Mounting Heavens of Celestia" from your Deck. When "The Seven Mounting Heavens of Celestia" is on the field, this card cannot be destroyed by battle.Once per turn, you may add one "Horn of Heaven" card from your deck to your hand. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you may banish that monster. If you Syncro Summon an "Archon" monster, you may treat this card as having a level of 1-4. You may only activate each effect of "Throne Archon" once per turn. Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted May 7, 2018 Report Share Posted May 7, 2018 I'll give a quick review before I go to sleep. Harbinger is fine for right now, however this may change depending on what the Continuous Cards do (if they're applicable). Actually, you may want to be careful here since the Cont. Spell thing is generic and things can happen. Legion seems alright for the time being, but again, depending on the rest of the support, this will probably be broken. Sword is fine. Justice is fine, though the "neither player takes battle damage" thing probably is slight overkill. Nowadays, we're in a generation where we can technically fuel bigger boards (and this does take into account Link format). But then again, unless the support cards are busted and you are accounting for this, yeah, the burn effect is good enough. Hound requires an unknown card to be functional, so I cannot say more about its design / balance until it comes up. Trumpeter's effects are both fine, though in the case of the former, you may want to account for the "Horn of Heaven" Counter Trap Card. So, you can either change the name of the support cards or add an exclusion clause. Other effect would be fine in ARC-V format, but not VRAINS because of Links and inability to go to Defense Position. I am referencing Links here because lack of the LEGACY tag (and yeah, we've had them for over a year now). Lantern is fine. If we are to take these cards and their applications into competitive play, right now, they probably can hold their own for a while, but ultimately they'll get outplayed by the current Decks. Yes, you haven't posted the Extra Deck or any backrow, but for a reviewer, we're limited to judging whatever you've shown to us. Would probably help if you had posted this "The Seven Mounting Heavens of Celestia" card because some of these cards do mention it by name or are reliant on it (Hound).
