(2) When a card or effect that targets this card is activated (Quick Effect): You can Tribute 1 monster; negate that activation.

Three Card Extra Links is finally possible

Flash is interesting, one can summon it after already extending into the own main monster zones to pseudo-lock 3 zones (might still be counterproductive to allow 3 linked zones, just for baiting it once).

Hibernation sounds great for rokkets to actually get out and maintain the necessary link 4s.

Wurm is basicly a toplogic trigger that is another plus for the two that are not gumbler, though it requiring a normal summon sounds bad.

Muzzleflash Dragon, for once, negating a monster's effects is actually worthwhile (I know Qliphort and what not exist, shut up). As for its actual use, it isn't too bad I suppose, even though giving your opponent 3 zones kind of sucks, at least it's optional to destroy, so you can just wait until their boss comes out.

Hibernation Dragon, wonderful card, I can even throw it in stuff that isn't specifically DARK Dragon too, lovely. If only it negated the monster's effect so we could Extra Link. Maybe it's for the better...

Trigger Wurm, well it does allow you to use your Borrels for draw, I suppose that isn't too bad, but I don't know, not sure it's worth it to me.

Muzzleflash is directly transplanted from the anime as Revolver/Varis's answer to Decode Talker, for better or for worse.
Yes, it gives your opponent 3 zones to play with while denying you any, but those zones are incredibly hazardous.

If deployed in the early game, Muzzleflash can deny your opponent half of their available Monster Card Zones, unless said monster can weather Muzzleflash's itchy trigger finger.
Combined with its Decode-like protection ability, which lets it Tribute any monster you control at the price of only protecting itself, and it could be a strong early Link to try and restrict your opponent's explosive plays.

Hibernation is amazing for Rokkets. It lets you recycle them to be used with Boot Sector's hand-based Special Summoning method, which is more reliable than the Grave-based method.

Furthermore, it lets you revive any of your Borrels, or any other Link you might need at a pretty good cost, and unlike the anime version, it doesn't negate.

Definitely running at least 2 of in Rokkets.

Trigger does everything the Topologics could ever want. It brings itself back to immediately trigger their effects, and when it goes, you get a draw.

Not sure how it works in Rokkets, though.
