Unaffected by card effects except for those with "Vegeta" in its card description/effect. During your Main Phase 2: You can pay half of your life points and tribute this card: Send all cards your opponent controls and in their hand to the graveyard, then special Summon "Vegeta" from your graveyard with 0 ATK and DEF and its effects negated.

I hate to tell you this, but unless you did make updates to this thread within the 6 weeks this had been inactive [or had a reason for extended absence], I do have to lock the thread because it's past the bump period in the rulebook.

 

Given the multiple bumps in here, yeah, I'm doubting there were updates made. Casual gets less traffic and stuff pushed down, but not much that can be done to make people look at stuff...
