Blood Queen's Dominion - How to make Vampire's mill strategy not backfire spectacularly

Early Vampire monsters up to the Xyz era have a theme of milling your opponent's cards to the GY. But nowadays, milling is instead often a good thing, making it backfire. I created this card to make the mill better. Also an additional effect to not make it a sitting duck when you're not milling.

The artwork is Blood Queen Vania from the game Shadowverse.

Blood Queen's Dominion

Continuous Spell

Cards sent from the Deck to the GY by the effect of DARK Fiend and Zombie monsters cannot activate their effects in the GY or be Special Summoned from the GY for 3 turns (the turn it is sent to the GY counts as turn 1). Once per turn, when a DARK Fiend or Zombie monster you control attacks a monster: You can have that monster you control not be destroyed by battle this turn, also destroy that opponent's monster at the end of Damage Step, and if you do that, inflict 500 damage to your opponent.
