Tributes for this card must be Dragon-Type monsters. Can be Special Summoned from your Hand by Tributing 1 Dragon-Type tuner monster on your field. Once per turn, if this card were to be destroyed by a card effect, negate the effect and banish that card. This card gains 200 ATK for each Spell/Trap that is banished. You can send 1 Spell/Trap that is banished back to owner’s Deck and target 1 Dragon-Type monster on your field, it cannot be destroyed by card effects.

Packs a punch as expected from a Level8 Dragon beater, and it's backed up by protection that assists with doing the beating. But IMO you went overboard with the protection effects. It has 2 effects that protect from effect destruction, and if you are playing this then most likely you have "Return of Dragon Lords" in your arsenal, so that's yet another layer of protection, albeit an indirect one. Also it seems it's designed to return a banished Return back into the Deck so you can play it again later on. Heck, the last effect is not even once per turn so with enough banished S/Ts you can protect your entire Dragon troop. If "Return" already makes Blue-Eyes tough to kill, this takes is to the next level. It's not that it's bad, but it makes the card look redundant and like trying too hard at protecting, so to speak.

 

And despite that... IDK if Blue-Eyes, the deck where this card should feel at home the most, would actually bother with this. "Return" already provides effect protection, and AFAIK they don't like running many non-Blue Eyes big Dragons that increase the chance of clogging your hand and plays. I guess they would run it for making a Blue-Eyes egg float? I dunno.
