You cannot Special Summon Monster that cannot be Normal Summon/Set, Except Link Monster.

While im not really sure these 2 cover anything Digibugs need but Scor-CPU here being able to repay its own summoning by generically extending the Summon shenanigans while converting non-Digibugs to usable mat is nothing to scoff at. meanwhile Moth provide beatstick, protection, and gimmick enabler for the rest
