D/D/D Overseer of the Realm

Link / Dark / Fiend / Effect

Link 2

Link Markers: Bottom Left / Bottom Right

Link Materials: 2 DARK monsters

1000 attack

When this card is Link Summoned: you can Special Summon 1 “D/D” or 1 “D/D/D” monster from your Deck or face-up from your Extra Deck. Once per turn (quick effect): you can target 1 “Dark Contract” card you control; return it to your hand, then you can activate 1 “Dark Contract” with a different name than the returned card from your Hand or Deck. Flavor thing, should technically be named D/D/D (something) King (famous ruler/military commander). You can ignore the corporate pun thing because those usually only work in Japanese and cannot be expected to come up with them on the fly.

Special Summoning thing is fine, though in most cases, probably Abyss Ragnarok or whatever (even Kepler if you don't have it on hand at the moment). Granted, it'd be nice to summon the Armageddon ED monsters too, especially after you use them for material (if ever), but why are you summoning them in the first place? Moving on.

Swapping out the Contracts is fine for most part, as-is the last effect that lets you cheat things (though again, it limits you to Alexander, d'Arc and Temujin; the latter two are already summonable off Swamp King and former, well, should be doable already on its own). You probably won't use it considering getting those monsters isn't hard, even with MR4 (hopefully). Or you can increase the Level cap to 8, and you can access Beowulf and Siegfried.

Raidraptor Summoner Falcon

Link / Dark / Winged-Beast / Effect

Link 2

Link Markers: Bottom Left, Bottom Right

Link Materials: 2 DARK Winged-Beast type monsters

2000 attack

You can only use this effect of “Raidraptor Summoner Falcon” once per turn.

This one seems fine for most part. Least it lets you retrieve stuff like Skip and Raid Force so you can do more Rank-Up plays and whatnot. Last effect is fine, but you're generally summoning Level 4s otherwise. I am unsure of what RRs run nowadays, but don't think they really bother with the Level 6 Vulture, so... Best option is Special Summon Mimicry to go into Rank 5+ plays or Tribute to dump more RUMs into the GY to banish/trigger.

Blu, Creator in Dark World

Link / Dark / Fiend / Effect

Link 2

Link Markers: Bottom Left, Bottom Right

Link Materials: 2 Fiend type monsters

1500 attack

When this card is Link Summoned: you can draw 1 card. Once per turn: if you have at least 1 Fiend type monster in your GY; you can add “Dark World” cards from your deck to your hand up to the amount of Fiend type monsters in your GY (max.3), then discard cards from your hand equal to the amount of cards added -1. Once per turn, if a monster(s) is Special Summoned from the GY by a card effect; you can look at your opponent’s hand and discard 1 card from it. You must control at least 1 other “Dark World” monster to activate and resolve this effect. You can only use each effect of “Blu, Creator in the Dark World” once per turn.

To be honest, I don't think Dark Worlds needed this, since they don't really ED (unless you really have to use double Grapha to R8). Then again, I am skeptical about this grabbing up to 3 Dark World cards (also with no restrictions on grabbing multiple copies), then setting up for it. Granted, it sets their combos up without having to run external techs like Hand Destruction or whatever (uh, what do they run anyway?) and gets the S/T, but yeah. Other effect seems okay, though it having a soft OPT is conflicting with the overall hard one you left in the end. I'll assume all of them are hard OPT, and you originally made it soft but had afterthoughts.

Vylon Constructor

Link / Light / Machine / Effect

Link 1

Link Marker: Bottom

Link Material: 1 “Vylon” monster, except “Vylon Constructor”

500 attack

When this card is Link Summoned: you can Equip 1 “Vylon” monster from your Deck to this card as an Equip Spell with the following effect

  • The Equipped monster gains 500 attack

Once per turn: you can send 1 Equip Spell card from your Deck to your GY; Special Summon as many monsters Equipped to this card as possible to your field.

Vylons require more than just this to make them viable, considering how they function nowadays (and being made in an older generation). But getting monsters attached to this is fine and freely summoning stuff you equipped isn't bad, though that requires you actually get enough monsters equipped here. Tesseract helps a bit, but given this only has 500 ATK (1000 with effect), yeah, won't be doing much. Sure, you do have Charger, but requires you to actually have monsters on that too. (Or invest in external Equip Cards; up to you)

Then again, this does help laddering into Mender or whatever, since Vylons lack the summoning speed of more modern Decks nowadays (even with the Unions).

Vylon Mender

Link / Light / Machine / Effect

Link 2

Link Markers: Bottom Left, Bottom Right

Link Materials: 2 LIGHT monsters

1000 attack

When this card is Link Summoned: you can add 1 “Vylon Element” from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn: you can target 1 Level 4 or lower “Vylon” monster in your GY; Equip that target to this card, then you can add 1 Equip Spell card from your Deck or GY to your hand. During your Main Phase: you can destroy 1 Equip Spell Card; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower non-Tuner “Vylon” monster from your Deck or GY to your field in Defense Position.

This is the better of the Vylon Links here; mostly due to searching Element/the Equips and enabling your plays more. Last effect gets your stuff on the board, while getting another Vylon Spell to your hand (regardless of which one you actually destroyed). Basically, play this to search Element / get it on board, use 3rd effect to blow up Equip Card for a new monster, then trigger off destruction effect and SS a Tuner from Element, proceed to Synchro into whatever. Then again, it would also help if the Vylon Synchros were actually good, but that's another matter.

The Toy Maker

Link / Earth / Warrior / Effect

Link 2

Link Markers: Bottom Left, Bottom Right

Link Materials: 2 “Fluffal”, “Edge Imp”, and/or “Frightfur” monsters

1500 attack

While this card points to a Fusion monster, this card is treated as a “Frightfur” monster, also this card cannot be destroyed by battle. When this card is Link Summoned: you can add 1 “Toy Vendor” or 1 “Frightfur Fusion” from your Deck or GY to your hand. Once per turn: you can target 1 “Fluffal” or “Edge Imp” monster in your GY; add that target to your hand. During the turn you activate this effect, you can Normal Summon 1 “Fluffal” or “Edge Imp” monster in addition to your Normal Summon this turn. This card must remain face-up on the field to activate and resolve this effect. You cannot Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest turn after you resolve this effect, except Fusion monsters.

If Sabre-Tooth didn't explicitly say FUSION Monster, then this being treated as a Frightfur would've been okay as material for summoning it, but because it doesn't, yeah. At least it goes to 1900 with its power boost (and regular Tiger's boost helping a bit too). Frightfur Fusion searcher is fine though; Toy Vendor searcher conflicts with Bear (though it does allow you to retrieve Polymerization instead of making Vendor, given Konami gave it a strict OPT for hell knows why). Rest of the effects are fine.

You don't have to treat this as a Fusion while pointing to a Frightfur Fusion, since it should be okay as-is right now. Uh, then again, do people even run Sabre-Tooth anyway? (Probably no one)

Superheavy Samurai Drummer

Link / Machine / Earth / Effect

Link 2

Link Markers: Bottom Left, Bottom Right

Link Materials: 2 Machine-type monsters

2000 attack

When this card is Link Summoned: you can target 1 “Superheavy Samurai” monster in your GY; Special Summon that target to your field in defense position, then you can Special Summon 1 “Superheavy Samurai” monster from your deck with a Level less than or equal to that monster. During your main phase: you can target 1 “Superheavy Samurai” monster you control; apply one of the following effects

  • That target is treated as a Tuner until the end of the turn

  • Either increase or decrease that monster’s Level by 1 or 2

You cannot summon monsters during the turn you use any of these effects, except “Superheavy Samurai” monsters. You can only use each effect of “Superheavy Samurai Drummer” once per turn.

Most this does is help with the Synchro plays in the event you don't have certain Levels / Tuners out (or I guess certain cards like Soulpiercer or whatever to equip to stuff), but besides that, not much else you can do with this. Card is fine.

For the most part, they're fine, though as I noted above, there is some concern about Dark World one in terms of mass searching / discarding.
