If you Synchro Summon this card, all the material must be the same Attribute.

(1) Once per turn, if this card was Synchro Summoned and you have 4 or more Tuners with different names in your GY: You can pay half your LP; destroy all other cards on the field, also you cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Dragon monsters.

(2) Once per turn, during your End Phase: Banish the top 4 cards of your Deck.

 

So, it’s a worse version of Judgement Dragon that requires a weird condition and a steeper cost for the same result. I guess being generic gives it a little viability, but otherwise seems pretty useless.

It's a fine card.

 

It's comparable to Scarlight, with more range for more restrictions, it's just difficult to make at this time.

 

If/when it becomes possible to reliably make it, it's good enough. It's still 3k guaranteed attached to a boardclear.

Seems alright. 

It is weaker than OG JD but it's more generic.

Well maybe not that much more generic since Tuner-heavy decks aren't that common, it's not 2010 after all.... but there are a number of decks that can use it. The "all materials must have the same attribute" seems like a non-issue for more Synchro decks over time.

 

Perhaps it's a bit too fair on the "for the rest of the turn you can't Special except..." clause since you culminate in a nuke and a single hit. Can't think of any Dragon decks that can really fulfill everything. They either don't have the same Attributes across the board at all, or don't really care about Tuners, or involve other Types (like Dragunities having Winged Beasts).
