[spoiler=F.A. Dragstrip Darling: Info]

WIND/Machine-Type Link Effect Monster/Link-1/0 ATK

Link Arrow: Bottom Left

Lore: 1 "F.A." monster whose original Level is 1 or 7

When this card is Link Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Level 6 or higher "F.A." monster from your Deck or Extra Deck to a zone this card points to, and if you do, this card gains 900 ATK, also that Summoned monster loses 900 ATK. Each time a "F.A." Spell/Trap Card or effect is activated, this card gains 300 ATK. While this card has 2100 or more ATK, your opponent cannot destroy cards with their card effects or to activate their card effects. You can only Special Summon "F.A. Dragstrip Darling(s)" once per turn.

So, Summons 2 F.A.'s on Link Summon for free, ATK climbs instead of Level climbing, and gains a destruction cut-off if it's at the ATK a Level 7 F.A. monster would have. I'm certain this can lead to some issues, especially with the free monster Summon and Link Summoning, but right now, the F.A.s need a shot in the arm in terms of setup and this gives it to them. Especially the Level 6 one, goodness that could be so useful were the only ways of Summoning it proper not a turn too slow.

Link Arrow's not conducive to co-link shenanigans, though, at least the biggest ones I can think of.

Still, she's a cop, a captivating one at that, and policing destruction is, apparently, something that's been done before as well in the Link category, if the Underworld's murmurs are any indication.

Till the next card, then, folks, reviews and revelry are always welcome, sorta like roads and rubber.

BD'S, signing off.

UPDATE I: Changed the effect some, but the ATK at 0 stays-though the boost is only to itself now.

You went too far with the first effect, IMO. Getting 2 monsters practically for free is too blatant to be fair. Heck, even 1 would be too much since it's still an easy plus just for getting a F.A. on board.

The rest looks fine to me, although I'm not an expert on F.A. overall seems fair enough. I like how the ATK threshold simulates the Level requirements of the maindeck F.A.s for their Cont. effects.

I think this can afford for a bit of original ATK. Although it does get ATK with its effects, a printed 0 ATK looks weird on a card with such stunning artwork. Besides, cops do need some strength to stop speeding evildoers, right?

Fixed the card a bit according to your specs; now it only summons 1 monster-and its Summoning requirements make it so not just any deck can run any F.A. and get easy access. Also the Summoned monster loses 900 ATK too, and the 900 ATK boost is directly dedicated to the Dragstrip Darling.

IDK... it just a nitpick but would love to see the card with at least 500 original ATK.

And as I mentioned, even summoning a single monster is still too good, since it's effectively a free +1. Granted, not saying it's broken nor anything, since the game is about making pluses after all, but still, it looks to me like a cheap way to do so. Maybe make it Summon only when you use a Level 7+ F.A. as material? That way either you spend a Synchro, or you have to set up to increase the Levels of the maindeck F.A.s.
