You can only activate 1 card with this card’s name per turn.
(1): When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated while you control a “Code Talker” monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, banish that card. Your opponent cannot activate the effects of cards with the same name as the banished card until the end of the next turn.
