So Blood-Eyes in concept is ideally a Cyborg Dragon hence its Cyberse typing. Its a Link 3 with 3000 ATK that requires 3 DARK Cyberse Effect Monsters to summon. Blood-Eyes can increase its ATK by tributing monsters zones it points to during either turn giving it honest esc abilities. In addition to this it can also counter destruction based effects by banish a DARK Cyberse Monster from your grave.

 

In a DARK Cyberse Build this card would be a nice accessible boss Monster which can bring on an aggressive push for games while giving you destruction protection as it can counter cards like Mirror Force and Raigeki.
