Ascending to the Bottom

I wanted to make a card that got back your banished monsters more easily, while also providing something a bit extra for them, so this card allows you to use an opponent's Link Monster for a Link Summon afterwards. This can be powerful, but of course requires your opponent to have monsters that point to your field, as well as a banished monster, so that's not super likely in most cases, though it can be a useful tool. Additionally, it also can be activated the turn it was Set, I made it this way and not from the hand since I wanted the opponent to take care of your backrow before putting anything into the EMZ, since it could seem somewhat cheap otherwise, as the Set is meant to be on your turn only, this isn't suppose to be a hand-trap in that regard. I still think it's a powerful card, not sure if it needs more restrictions or not at the moment.

Target 1 of your banished monsters; Special Summon it, but it cannot attack this turn, also if it was Special Summoned to a zone a Link Monster points to, immediately after this effect resolves, you can Link Summoning using that target and any monsters that point to it on both fields. If only your opponent controls a monster in the Extra Monster Zone, you can activate this card the turn it was Set. You can only activate 1 "Ascending to the Bottom" per turn.

Useful against any Link semi-spammy Deck, normally, with, of course, the main contenders for other Decks being Links that point just to their side of the field. Unfortunately, not amazingly effective against Troymares, but one cannot forget this card's utility as your own monsters. Mayhaps something in World Chalice, considering if you've sent an Ib between two monsters to the GY, you can use the free Zone to Summon one of your banished Guardragons, then ladder up into Borreload or another useful monster.

Speaking of forgetting the utility, can I mention I hate the powercreep of this card? We have a few banish Summoners already in the game, but they only Summon, and most have restrictions, like the LIGHT Fairy Summoner and the DARK one. Not only does this card to do that basic thing for you, not only does it do a mega thing in addition to that, but it can be activated the turn it was set if your opponent Summons monsters from the Extra Deck? Painful Rebirth from a Different Dimension? I think it would be bad enough for just having the first and last effects alone. Too powerful imo.
