I just opened pack and the cards were in wrong order, is this pack fake?

No. The cards don't come in the order by number.

The pack starts off with monsters and ends with spells and extra decks cards. My pack started off with Spell/Trap other way around .

If your cards have the KONAMI logo on the back, the appropriate copyright at the bottom right with the Eye of Anubis logo where it's supposed to be and all the other things that distinguish them from fakes, then your cards are real.

 

Do your cards look/feel like the official ones you expect to have? When you purchased the product, did it come in a box that looks like this?

 

As for the sorting, I cannot answer how they are to be sorted as I have not purchased the product, though in the case of Decks, normally they put the Extra Deck monsters first, then the cards in sequential order (monsters first, then Spell/Trap Cards). Now, if they started your stuff off with the backrow at the "top" (the first thing you see when opening the Deck), then they may have changed up the order or was a packaging problem.

Thank you for your reply, I’ve seen many opening videos for this legendary dragon deck and it has a specific order just like starter/structure decks. My surprise was the cards were clearly and intenionally in the wrong order when I opened the package.
