While this card is in the Extra Monster Zone, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck, except Link Monsters. During your Main Phase 1, if you activate a "Cynet" Spell/Trap while this card is in the Extra Monster Zone (Quick Effect): You can banish this card, then banish any number of Link Monsters from your GY whose total Link Ratings equal exactly 4; Special Summon 1 Link-4 Link Monster from your Extra Deck. (This is treated as a Link Summon.) You can only use this effect of "Data Storm Bug" once per turn.

Because I think we need at least 1 card that can quickly bring out a Link-4 Link Monster. Both of its effects either apply or activate while it is in the Extra Monster Zone, if its anywhere else, then you get nothing out of it. It can stop you from Special Summoning anything out of your Extra Deck that is not a Link Monster, so if you Special Summon it during the resolution of another card effect that Special Summons like a Fusion Monster or something else, again nothing happens. The last effect is its "Storm Access" effect (Storm Acces is Yusaku's Skill in the VRAINS anime); it basically Link Summons specifically a Link-4 Link Monster by banishing the right amount of Link Monsters including Data Storm Bug. It just basically Summons Firewall Dragon, but it only does this after you activate Cynet Spells or Traps during your Main Phase 1.
