Level 7/Machine/DARK/1800/200

Fusion/Tuner/Effect

1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner
Must first be Fusion Summoned (from the Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. (You do not use Polymerization).
When this card is Summoned: All monsters on your field are treated as Synchro monsters until the end of the turn. You cannot Summon monsters for the rest of the turn, except Synchro monsters.
You can activate this effect: Increase or reduce the Level of all Synchro monsters on the field by 1.
You can target 1 Synchro monster in your GY: Special Summon it, negate its effects (if any), then you can increase or reduce its Level by 1. Immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon using at least this card and that monsters as materials.

You can only use each effect of "XL Accelerator" once per turn.

[spoiler=Design Notes]

Ok so. I've never actually played Synchro Decks much, but I'd say getting to the Level 12 Synchros in the Link Era is getting more and more difficult.

Here's why...

it's a Fusion monster: Because making it a Synchro would make it more difficult to Summon it since you have to take Levels into consideration.

it's not a Link: Because Link Tuner hasn't been made yet.

it treats monsters as Synchros: Because Accel Synchros usually require Synchro Tuners and Synchro materials, so this card changes regular monsters already on the field into Synchros.

you can't Summon anything else except Synchros: Because balance. Really, this one speeds Accel Summons a lot.

you have Level manipulation: Because this way reaching to Level 12 is easier.

it Special Summons from the GY: Because you're going -1 to Summon this. A "free" Summon kinda balances it, although you must've planned your moves carefully since you have to Synchro Summon as you use tha effect.

it has the HOPT: Because we don't want unnecessary loops.

Is that too much on a Fusion monster?

As always, reviews and thoughts are welcome.
